Recruit Profile
Driven on field and class, self-motivated, team-based, 2-way leader w/ high IQ; coachable, enthusiastic; multi-sport (basketball) & love to surf!; aspire to contribute + game change; military brat

I am a multi-sport athlete with a deep love for lacrosse. I'm still trying to figure out what my college goals are, but right now I'm really interested in the medical field and thinking I might want to do something in sports medicine. My college aspirations are to be a contributing, game-changing player for your lacrosse program.
Thus far in High School in 39 games (three seasons), I've scored 102 goals, dealt 57 assists, caused 41 turnovers, grabbed 59 groundballs and controlled 114 draws.
People say I am a leader on the field and in the classroom. Also, I get along with anyone and easily adapt to and overcome challenging situations. I believe this probably comes from growing up as a military brat for 13 years and from riding and showing horses since I was five.
I know about hard work and dedication too. Grades and schoolwork do not come easily to me due to my mild auditory learning disability. I have to work a lot harder than most students to keep good grades and keep up with my school's demanding courses, but I never give up and push myself to earn the highest grades I can. This past freshman year, I earned all A's with one B at my Catholic High School which rocked!
That same hard work and dedication I carry with me to the lacrosse field and the basketball court. If I'm not at the beach surfing, practicing tricks on the wake board with friends, or hanging with my family, you can find me at the lax fields working on skills or in the weight room getting stronger because I am always looking to get better.
Last year when talking to my basketball coach about lacrosse and my dreams of playing in college, I mentioned how athletes in Charleston don't normally go to any big schools for sports, he told me to "be the change." My response, "yes sir, I'll be that change"-- that is what drives me everyday.

I have coached "Kitch" for about 4 years now. She is a tall, skilled, fast athlete with grit and determination. She has amazing lacrosse IQ and drive. Can dominate the field. Can easily play up and down the field, middle, win the draw, dominate the circle, lefty or righty attack or defense. Multi-sport athlete. Can't say enough good things about her...

I coached Evelyn during last year's shortened season and have found her to be a superior athlete with excellent stick skills. I employed her as both an attack and middie. Her field sense improved dramatically as the season progressed both offensively and on defense (man to man and backer)
