Recruit Profile
I love knowing that I will have an impact on the game, knowing that it will come down to me to make the big saves at the crucial time.
I am a person that likes to test and challenge himself. I love the grind of practices and being with my teammates and building that bond that sports builds. I did not start playing Lacrosse until I was 10. My coach at that time told me I could be a very good player, but I could be a great goalie. He said the way I stepped to the ball and did not flinch was something that just could not be taught. I made the varsity lacrosse team as a eight grader and started and played all the games in net through the playoffs. I also play football and am a linebacker and a tight-end. I love the physical nature of both these sports and how it takes a team to win. I enjoy testing myself physically and mentally in sports.
I really enjoy school and thank all my teachers for making school something that is enjoyable. I enjoy learning new things and be exposed to new things and ideas and thinking about those things. My two favorite classes are History and Math, I get good grades but am excited to try new classes as well.
My family, friends and teammates are very important to me. I love going to tournaments and building that bond with all my teammates and battling against the best teams. I enjoy competing and knowing that every game is a new set of challenges and obstacles. I feel that I am a very good friend, teammate and leader. I expect more from myself than anybody else. My family has taught me to always look at myself first and improve myself first. They also have taught me that wins and losses do matter, but they do not matter as much as how I play the game and how I am thought of by others. I would like to thank all my coaches, and teammates and family members for helping me become the player and person that I am today. I know there is a lot more to get better at but with support like that I know I can accomplish anything.
I look forward to challenging myself at the next level.

I've had the pleasure of coaching Hayden since 2019 on the 2025 AAA Squad for True Minnesota. In that time he's grown to be one of the best goalies in the state, not just with his ability to stop the ball but also with his ability to command the defensive unit. Hayden doesn't hesitate to call out defensive responsibilities for the midfielders as well as his close defenders. When he has the ball in his stick he makes sound decisions with the clear. As a two sport athlete Hayden has developed a work ethic in the weight room and his dryland training. I have no doubt Hayden can stand in the crease for a collegiate lacrosse team.

Kevin Finn
Hayden is a brick wall of a goalie who attacks shots and commands the field. He excels in pressure situations and leads his team by example. Hayden is extremely coachable, tough and has a high ceiling in athletics.

Mike Russo
Hayden is a powerful goalie; he has strong fundamentals and has a very explosive first step. Hayden is talented in close and from the perimeter and has the ability to take over the game. Outside of just saving the ball, Hayden is a tremendous communicator and posses great leadership skills. He is loud and energetic, and knows the game well. In classroom, he has great grades and finds ways to make improvements on a yearly basis. Hayden is well-rounded and has the potential to play college lacrosse at a very high level.

Mitch G
Hayden started Varsity for us as an 8th grader and stepped up huge. His confidence, leadership, and ability to keep his composure is unmatched. I can always count on him to be there for lifts, practices, volunteer events, and more. As a ten year coach and an ex college player, I can see he has that "it" factor that coaches look for. He has been a key figure in the shifting of culture and success in our program. I also had the honor of coaching him in football, where he also led everyday and earned a captain title. Due to character limit, I'll just finish with this: he has heart, leadership, commitment, character, strength, speed, resiliency, the grades, great family, and never gives up.
