I first began playing recreational lacrosse at the age of 10 and have been hooked on it ever since. Even though it was my first ever season and still didn't know much about the sport when asked if anyone would hop in goal I immediately raised my hand and was thrilled to try something not many others had the guts to do.

Shortly after the first season had ended, I was quickly sought out later that year to play for my current travel team which is where I had been introduced into a whole new world of the game. Throughout my middle school years I continued to improve and learn new tips and tricks that have helped me get to where I am now.

Other than lacrosse, my entire childhood consisted of trying any and all sports I could in order to figure out where I best fit. Shortly after being introduced to lacrosse I had also found an interest in cheerleading which I have continued going into high school and allows me to stay conditioned in the off season.

Apart from playing these sports, I have also enjoyed student coaching both recreation teams in my area for the past two years which has been a total of over 100+ volunteer hours. During the time I spend coaching I am able to pass down not only skills I have learned from the playing the sport but I am also able to teach fundamental skills needed in life like communication, responsibility and respect.

In addition to these sports, I am also very motivated academically. Being quite young for my grade can be a struggle for some although that hasn't stopped me. During both my Freshman and Sophomore years I have received the Honor Roll and have continued to keep a GPA of 3.87. Within the past two years I have taken a total of 1 AP Class, 4 Honors Classes and 3 STEM classes. During school hours specifically lunch I go to a club called We Dine Together which is a club made for those who may not have anywhere to go during lunch which gives them as well as myself the opportunity to make new friends.

Overall, I have prided myself in all areas of my life to always being hardworking, enthusiastic and putting my all in everything I do!
