Jake Coon

Jake Coon joined Rochester Institute of Technology's coaching staff as the men's lacrosse head coach in 2010

Last season, he led the Tigers to a 19-3 overall record, including a 6-0 record in Liberty League play earning Liberty League Coach of the Year honors. Coon led the Tigers to a second straight Liberty League Tournament title, led by 12 Liberty League All-Conference selections, including Liberty League Player of the Year, Krzyston. In the NCAA Tournament, he and the Tigers defeated No. 5 Cabrini, No. 4 Tufts and No. 1 SUNY Cortland en route to reach the National Championship Game in Philadelphia, where the Tigers lost to Stevenson 16-14.
