Recruit Profile
Always hardworking, passionate person and player, 2 sport-varsity athlete, a coachable, determined, respectful athlete, a team-player, and a leader on the field.

I started playing lacrosse when I was 7 years old for my township team, Horsham Girls Lacrosse Club. When I was 12 years old, I started playing club for the HEADstrong Philly Girls 2023 lacrosse team. Since then, I continued growing my game with HEADstrong, and loved working with my team and coaches to become the player I am today. I loved my experience at HEADstrong throughout the years; however, after this past summer I made the difficult decision to switch club teams and play for the Reign Elite 2023 team, where my coach/director and teammates had moved. It was a very hard decision, but I believe I made the right choice in order to continue to grow as a lacrosse player, and to prepare for this very important upcoming 2021-2022 season.

I play midfield and attack, but I am strong on defense as well. As a player, I am very comfortable dodging and finishing with both hands, have good footwork, and execute shots and passes well. I pride myself in my strong 1v1 offense and my ability to make the defense move. On defense, I embrace my 1v1 matchups and my ability to cause turnovers and interceptions in transition. I take the draw with both hands, and use my quick hands and feet when on the circle. I am an aggressive, determined, and hardworking student athlete, and always hustling on the field. I also pride myself in being coachable and a team-player; whatever is best for the team, I am always ready to step up and do what is needed.

At my high school, I have started on the varsity lacrosse team since freshman year, despite my 2020 season being cancelled due to COVID-19. This past spring 2021 Season I moved to midfield and was part of the draw team. I have been on the varsity soccer team since freshman, and started. I was also a starter for each of our District 1 appearances.

Kiera's speed on the field, especially between the 30s, is amazing as she is physical and feisty yet smooth and controlled. She is up for any challenge whether on attack or midfield, and no matter where she is on the field she goes hard making everyone around that much better. Her ability to maneuver in tight spaces and under pressure, not only using her solid stickwork and agile footwork, enable her to be dynamic on the field and shoot/pass from every angle and level. Kiera uses her speed and athleticism to make big plays in transition and off the draw with her ability to track the ball and see plays forming on the field.
