Profile

Former collegiate coach having spent the last 20 years coaching Division I lacrosse at nationally known Boston University, Brown University and George Mason University. As both head and assistant coach, led teams to six conference championships and NCAA appearances in addition to guiding numerous individuals to All-Conference, All-Region, All-American, and even US National Team accolades. As a result, for the past eight years was the Offensive Coordinator to the US National Team, helping the team win gold medals in both 2013 and 2017.

A three-time All-Conference and two-time All-American defender while at George Mason, I worked up the coaching ranks learning the skills and strategies of every position by collaborating with coaches across the country and among all three divisions at different events. Over a 20-year career I have grown a network of college coaching connections and has seen every level of play that exists in the college game. When not working with a college team or Team USA, I have been committed to coaching and mentoring players through the camp & clinic circuit since day one. I have a passion for helping players get to where they want to be through hard work and commitment and have shown this same passion and individual attention in my work as a college recruiter; helping players to see their potential and align it with the school that is the “right fit,” even if that meant the recruit would end up at another school. I believe in honest communication with players, parents and coaches, seeing the positives that exist through the college search/recruiting process, and making the most of every opportunity.
