My name is Mikey Mondiello and I am a sophomore two-sport varsity athlete at Manhasset High School. As a freshman, I played for the Manhasset Varsity Lacrosse and Varsity Ice Hockey Teams. I look forward to continuing my Varsity experiences on both teams my sophomore year, as well. I also play travel lacrosse for Team 91 Wolfpack (starting midfield) and travel hockey for Long Island Edge (first line right wing). In addition to being a serious athlete, I strongly value academics and am currently in double accelerated honors classes in both math (Pre-calculus Honors) and science (Chemistry Honors), in addition to Honors English and Honors Social Studies. I spend most of my weekends traveling with my teams, but also enjoy hanging out with my friends and playing basketball and football. I'm in the process of developing a charity that supports child and adolescent mental health which I feel is an especially important cause since the pandemic.
