I have coached Ryan Ressemann in hockey at The Blake School for the past two seasons. He has proven to be very hard worker and eager to improve. Very diligent and puts in extra time working on areas he feels a need to improve. Very coachable.

Ryan's effort and attitude are remarkable, and he has incredible mental and physical toughness. He is also incredibly driven; he will do whatever his coach asks and team demands of him.

Ryan is a coach's dream! High lacrosse IQ and is always in the right place. Ryan balances when to be an opportunist and when he should focus on ensuring he's not putting the defensive unit at jeopardy. I'm very impressed with Ryan's work ethic and his coach-ability.
