Ryann Gross
Recruit Profile
Hardworking, determined, multi-sport athlete, and a team player who is always looking to better myself in and out of lacrosse.
I started playing lacrosse at 9 years old but started playing goalie at 11. I was put in as a replacement goalie for my town team but quickly fell in love with the position. As a freshman I was named top 75 ranked high school freshman on Long Island by Back Of The Cage. I am comfortable with being a leader on the field and communicating with defenders. As a freshman I made Principals List (90+ overall average) all 4 quarters. I was given an academic achievement award in Social Studies, an award for excellence in Computer Essentials, along with a P.T.A. award for academic achievements, participation in school activities, and character and behavior during the school year. I play on the JV basketball team and JV lacrosse team. I am taking AP Euro, and honors English as a sophomore. I have 16+ hours of volunteer service and currently volunteer for my towns PAL lacrosse team.

Samantha Tilts
Ryan is an incredible leader on defense. Her ability to knock down feeds and save point blank shots makes her a standout on the defensive end. She has quick reflexes and her hands and feet move simultaneously. She is patient, but also to read situations in order to gauge the speed of play needed. She has great fundamentals and explosiveness. Ryan trains daily both with trainers, multiple teams, and by herself. Her drive and ambition on and off the field make her a marketable player who will fit into any roster with ease.
