I started playing lacrosse for my town team in second grade, and I joined X-Treme Lax Factory going into seventh grade. I have always been a very determined player, constantly practicing in an attempt to improve my stick skills. I am strong with both my dominant and weak hands, using this to my advantage on the field to ensure there are no turnovers. I am a smart player who always looks to pass, win ground balls, and create opportunities for my teammates. On my club team, I play attack. However, I am currently playing midfield for my school's JV team. During the fall and winter, I participate in my school's Varsity Cross Country and Track team. Although athletics are important to me, I am equally as focused on my academics. Currently, I am in the fourth quarter of my freshmen year of high school. I take 9th Grade Honors English and Global, 10th Grade Honors Geometry, Honors Biology, and Spanish 2. Furthermore, I take Design and Illustration, which is an advanced art class. I strive to excel in all of my classes, receiving Principal's Honor Roll and an Academic Excellence Award to recognize this. The Award of Academic Excellence is rewarded to students who maintain an overall average of 95 and above. I also look to volunteer and help my community, participating in both the Red Cross Club and the Assets Leadership Club.
