I started playing lacrosse around the age of 7. I fell in love with the game of the lacrosse at the age of 10, when I started to play for my rec team. I used to play midfield and take draws but transitioned to defense when I started to play travel. Causing turnovers, and blocking at meters is my favorite thing about defense. I am very loud and energetic on the field. I run on the varsity cross country team for Bayard Rustin, my high school. I also run indoor track in the wintertime. I am comfortable using both hands, for catching, throwing, shooting, and ground balls. I am currently taking 5 honors classes this year as well as Understanding Law, AP English, Stocks & Marketing, Human Anatomy, and Spanish 4. I am playing for Bayard Rustin Varsity Lacrosse team, and I rotated into the starting defense. I love help out with younger kids who are trying out the sport for the first time. At my high school, I am taking part in clubs like MEGA, FCA, Rustin go Red and Best Buddies. I am also a homework tutor, and love helping kids out.
