Recruit Profile
3rd year Varsity starter (freshman season canceled) Sophomore year - 51% Solid I.Q. with exceptional field vision and very strong clearing game. Huge presence in cage. Natural leader.
I started playing lacrosse when I was five and and stepped into the cage when I was eight. My first experience in goal was at The Gladiator School in 2013 under the coaching of Ginny Capicchioni. It was during these clinics I realized that this was the position for me. I continue with Gladiator throughout the year so I can improve upon my skills and I.Q.When I started playing club in the fourth grade I played up with the 21/22 team as well as my 2023 team.I made varsity my freshman year at IHA but the season was cancelled due to COVID. Started all 20 games my Sophomore campaign and garnered many post-season accolades. Named starting goalie junior season but was injured in fourth game and returned for post season. IHA plays in the toughest conference in NJ.and has been state ranked. A well rounded student athlete with many interests outside of lacrosse I am a self taught musician who plays the drums, acoustic, electric and bass guitar as well as the ukulele. I was inducted into the Tri-M Music Honor Society my Sophomore year and National Honor Society my Junior year. I was also selected to be an Eagle Ambassador in my Sophomore year. Academically my interests are math, science and engineering. I have completed Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors Algebra II/Geometry and AP Computer Science. Some of the extra curricular activities I participate in at school are The St. Brigid Society, Orchestra/Stage Band and Engineering Club. I enjoy volunteering and currently have 100+ hours of service. I Altar Serve for morning mass at school three times per week and do virtual community service and spent time at a local food pantry helping stock shelves and distribute food. I volunteer with my club helping coach the middle school league and provide training to 3rd thru 6th grade girls. I am excited to help grow the sport and share my passion for the goalie position. There is no better feeling than making an impact with the next generation of lacrosse players and give back to the sport that has been so good to me! Choosing to be a lacrosse goalie has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Being a goalie has taught me so many things: confidence, mental toughness, perseverance, leadership, communication skills, strong work ethic and most important a trustworthy, reliable teammate.
