Hi. I am Sophie. I am an engaged player of both lacrosse and soccer. I love playing on teams where our teammates work hard, help each other and get better in every practice. Then, it’s fun to win when we’ve worked hard as a team. I like playing in any position that can use my speed. Last year, I began to love defense when my NXT coach was so good at teaching us technical defense strategies.

I have played both lacrosse and soccer since early grade school. I’m strong with both right and left hand stick skills and allows me to be a very versatile player. The same is true with my feet for soccer. My coaches have consistently recognized me for being a strong communicator and leader.

When I’m not busy with sports, I enjoy time with my family and friends cooking, following politics and watching sports.

I am a gifted student and I enjoy being challenged with math, physics and writing. I have recently become interested in psychology after learning about behavioral sciences. My current school is a great fit for me because it focuses on service to others and leadership.
