Athletic success can not happen without performance training. Strength, quickness, speed, power, and a high lax IQ is required for a player to reach high performance levels. I evaluate every player, together we set goals, and from there we start our launch. I give lots a of instruction and feedback. We correct, we fail, we improve, we fight, we work, we get better, and we do it all again- together. All of our training is on the field. Training is periodized but no two workouts are ever the same.
