1. We spend more time on skill development than any other program. Period. We host more practices year round than any other club. We pioneered and provide weekly stick work and performance strength and agility training with sports professionals for ALL teams throughout the fall and winter. #stickandspeed #stickandstrength 2. We believe strong competition makes us better. We place our teams in competitive brackets to challenge our players. Sure, we play to win, but as your daughter grows up, she won't remember if she went “undefeated” in youth lacrosse. You won't remember either! Your daughter will remember to catch and throw with both hands, how to play effectively with teammates while moving the ball, and how to play great offense and defense. 3. We emphasize good, team lacrosse. We teach our players to move the ball quickly, to cut through, and to pass to their teammates. We don't teach “run and gun” or “go to goal.” It doesn't work when they get older, and it's just not good lacrosse. and last, but most important 4. We encourage our players to "show themselves on the field"; smile, celebrate goals with teammates with a fun handshake, and get in the mix! Our players play with PRIDE because they want to play at a high-level while absolutely loving the game and making strong friendships.
